Our position at noon today--at sea. We have the 8 foot swells again today which has turned out to be normal for the Pacific Ocean. It is a warm 84F and very humid (67%) day so not going out on balcony today. It is a cloudy afternoon.
Holy Cow!!! What happened to make this cruise go so fast. We started this cruise a month ago yesterday and now only have two days left after today. Friday we will be in Fakarava (never been here or even heard of it) and Saturday in Bora Bora. So stay tuned to the blog as this trip is not over yet.
The Jean Ann Ryan cast was incredible in last night's production show. It was a very high energy show and I must have lost two pounds just watching it. We have become friends with the ten cast members and have sat on the front row for all their shows.
Ok, what's happening today? I went down and picked up our passports which were being held at the purser's desk. We also got our luggage tags and disembarkation letter describing what to expect once we arrive in Papeete early Sunday morning. We dock at 5:30 am and our flight is at 8:25 am so kind of tight. This afternoon we have an appointment with the cruise consultant to book another Regent cruise for 2016. There's not much "new" for us to do. We have finally decided to book the 72 night "Circle South America" cruise sailing January 13, 2016. We did the same cruise in 2012 and loved it. Tonight we will be dining in Prime 7 for our last steak dinner. We also want to go to the showroom at 9:30 pm to see a new entertainer, Bayne Bacon. He was born and raised in Texas and lead singer for a County Western band that opened shows for many CW stars. He now lives and performs in Reno.
