Yellow arrow is our position at noon today. We will be docked by 7:00 am in Cartagena, Columbia, tomorrow. It is mostly sunny today with temperature of 84 degrees. We are heading due south at a speed of 19.4 knots, which is fast for this ship. We are experiencing a nice smooth ride today here in the Caribbean Sea.
Yesterday evening after the block party we went to the Horizon Lounge for a cocktail before heading to the Compass Rose for dinner. Asked to be seated in King's area. We have known him for a while and he is very enthusiastic young man. He wants to join the Masonic Lodge so last cruise with him I wrote a recommendation letter for him. So glad to see young people interested in being a Mason. I was a little disappointed with dinner as most everything was warm but not hot. After dinner we went to the showroom and got a front row seat for Brandi Chapman's show. She did not disappoint us. She sang a wide variety of music and also includes some yodeling. Don't hear that much these days. Can't wait until her next show.
Our usual routine again this morning. Won't bore you with that again. This afternoon I will be working on some background information for tomorrow's post about Cartagena's history. I have a 4 hour tour tomorrow. Rebecca will not be going ashore. We have been here more than once already.
Another container ship passing by us.
Nap time!
Our waiter last night, King
Brandi Chapman, great entertainer
I love this kind of shower head
